Four Weeks Work-Out Challenge

I decided to do work-out four weeks challenge!!

So for today, I did this video!!




IT WAS REALLY HARD,, and I could feel how fat my legs were....
I mean everywhere of my body, there are too much fat... so....
I can't left my legs or anything XD

Don't worry!
After four weeks, I will be fit and I feel healthy!!

Right now.. I look like this...



HOPEFULLY, I CAN BE BETTER!!
